By accessing pmcmeditation.com or the PMC Hindi mobile app (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our general programs are intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. Jagrut Kids is the only program designed for children, and it requires a separately captured, versioned parental consent at registration.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice. You may not sublicense, resell, modify, decompile, or build derivative works from the Service or its content.
In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, you agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this section and to suspend or terminate the accounts of offending users.
If you believe content on the Service violates the section above or your legal rights, write to the grievance officer (Section 18) with: (a) your identification and contact details, (b) a description of the content and where it appears, (c) the legal basis for your complaint, and (d) a statement that the information given is accurate. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days as required by the IT Rules 2021.
When you submit testimonials, feedback, contact-form messages or other content, you grant PMC Hindi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and use that content for the operation of the Service. This licence ends when you withdraw the content via the grievance officer; we are not obliged to retain copies after the withdrawal takes effect. You confirm that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
All meditations, recordings, course material, text, graphics, logos and software on the Service are owned by Onemedia Network Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
“PMC Hindi”, “PMC”, the PMC logo, “Jagrut Kids”, “Master Bano” and other associated marks are trademarks of Onemedia Network Limited. Use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Donations are processed by Razorpay for Indian donors. They are eligible for §80G tax deduction under the Income Tax Act 1961. If you need a receipt, write to support@pmchindi.com with your donation reference. International donations are currently paused while we complete FCRA registration. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law; if you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within seven days.
PMC Hindi programs and materials are spiritual and educational, not medical advice. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional before starting any meditation practice and continue any prescribed treatment.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile page or by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with notice except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Onemedia Network Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed INR 10,000 (rupees ten thousand) or the amount of any donation you made to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.
You agree to indemnify and hold Onemedia Network Limited harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When the change is material, we will post a banner on the site and email signed-in users. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
Per Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021, our grievance officer for content takedown, IP infringement notices, and other complaints under the Information Technology Act is:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be referred first to good-faith discussion between the parties; failing resolution within 30 days, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
