You can continue with the next one. Each day is a fresh start, and you’ll also get notes to catch up easily.

How long is each session?+

Just one hour a day — including 40 minutes of guided meditation and short wisdom sharing.

Do I need to sit in a pyramid or special setup?+

No. A quiet place and a straight posture are enough. You can practise anywhere.

Is it religious or based on any belief?+

No. Anapanasati Meditation is a simple breath-awareness practice — open to all, beyond religion or rituals.

Will I get any personal guidance?+

Yes. You can pose your questions during the daily sessions or ask your doubt in person on the Sunday community meet-ups.

Is there any cost involved?+
